We believe in vibrant, whole food cooking and are committed to thoughtfully sourcing the highest quality organic ingredients. Meat and eggs are always grass-fed, organic and/or pasture raised and fish is always wild caught. Nearly all produce comes from our ecological farm.

Proposal Acceptance

By Friday, March 6th

After reviewing the menu proposal above and the details below, kindly submit the form at the bottom of this page to indicate your menu adjustments and selections.

Deposit & Contract

By Friday, March 13th

Following your menu selection, this proposal page will be updated to reflect your menu choices. We will also send you a contract and replace the sample estimate with a formal estimate. At this point, your deposit is due.

We love to walk your venue with you to map out event layout, discuss setup and details, and brainstorm remaining ideas.

Final Confirmation

Saturday, May 16th

Two weeks before your event we will reconvene to confirm final details. This is our opportunity to make the last menu adjustments, review the timing of each element of your celebration and confirm your guest count.

Event Execution

Saturday, May 30th

The process culminates with the execution of your event. We will orchestrate the meal from start to finish and take true joy in ensuring the entire experience is spectacular.

Final Payment

By Saturday, June 13th

Your final payment will be due two weeks following your event date.

Campo Farm and Kitchen provides private chef services and will prepare the proposed menu at the event venue.

Services include menu development, planning, preparation and execution of final menu and meal flow throughout the event, as desired by the client. Campo Farm and Kitchen will provide all staff needed to execute the menu.

Campo Farm and Kitchen will provide platters, serving utensils and other serveware to present the meal. All tables, chairs, linens, dishware, glassware, utensils and tablescape to be provided by the the client. All dishes used for the meal (including venue or client dishes) to be cleared from the tables and washed by Campo Farm and Kitchen.

Campo Farm and Kitchen would be happy to design the table scape, procure materials, coordinate rentals and set the table for an additional fee, to be discussed following proposal acceptance.

Services Offered

A 25% deposit is due by Friday, March 13th. The remainder will be due 14 days after the date of the event, specific date to be determined.

Payments can be made via ACH bank transfer at no charge, or via credit card with the transaction fee added to the invoice.

Payment Terms

We are delighted to offer our farm and property as a venue for your celebration.

The venue rental includes exclusive access to the property, setup and breakdown of the venue site, portable restroom rental, music setup and playlist creation, and presence of Katie and Martin to facilitate and execute the event.

Our venue rental fee begins at $1,000 including table setup, or $700 if the client does the setup and breakdown of the tables, chairs and tablescape. We would be happy to exchange the full rental fee for a similar value of rental items from CCH for events at Campo Farm and Kitchen in 2026.

Since this is a production farm, all guests must remain out of the farm fields and high tunnels unless accompanied by Katie. Guest are welcome to enjoy the open grassy fields on the east and south sides of the property as well as the large wood chipped pathway. Children must be with their parents at all times.
