Breathwork at the Farm

Join Jen of Respire Space for an afternoon at the farm devoted to breath, presence and connection.

Together we’ll explore simple, accessible ways to support the nervous system and return to a steadier sense of being through breath, body, and shared space in nature. With breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and communal tea, we’ll create time to slow down and notice what becomes available when we reconnect with ourselves and the natural world.

What to Expect

Group Gathering

The workshop will begin seated on the grass, with breathwork exercises led by Jen to ground our group. She will also offer a gentle introduction to the physiology of breath and its role in calming and regulating the nervous system, along with simple practices you can return to anytime—such as body scanning, slow breathing, HALT, and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding.

Time to Explore the Farm with a Personal Practice

Following our opening circle, Katie will share a bit about Campo Farm’s origins and layout so that you can navigate to a spot to practice breathing and awareness exercises independently. This is a time for independent reflection, awareness, and connection with the land.

Group Lympatic Drainage and Breath Practice

We’ll reconvene as a group for gentle lymphatic drainage techniques and continued breathwork with Jen, supporting circulation, grounding, and a deeper sense of ease in the body.

Share Tea with Community

To integrate the learnings of our time together, we will close with herbal tea, brewed from freshly harvested Campo herbs.
