Wood-Fired Dinner in the High Tunnel

As the days grow shorter and the temperatures begin to cool, we eagerly await the return to cooking over fire. Demanding attention and patience, this dynamic cooking method awakens the senses and transforms farm produce like nothing else.

We’d love for you to join us on Sunday, October 5th for an Argentine asado-inspired dinner experience on the farm.

The evening begins with empanadas pulled warm from the wood-fired oven and a glass of Washington wine to welcome you. You’ll have time to wander through the farm before gathering in the high tunnel, aglow with candles and strings of lights.

From there, abundant platters of fire-cooked vegetables and meats grilled over glowing charcoal will be served family style at long communal tables. The meal will come to a close with wood-fired interpretations of classic desserts, where sugar and flame meet in complex, caramelized flavors.

This is a meal meant for gathering - abundant, simple, and deeply connected to the season. Come celebrate the beauty of early autumn and savor the flavors of wood-fired cooking.
