2024 CSA Survey

Thank you so much for joining our 2024 CSA Program. It has been a true privilege to offer food for you and your families this season.

I would love to ask you for your feedback about your experience. Your survey is anonymous; I will not see your name when you submit so I would love your honest thoughts.

What did you like about the CSA?
